Creating a Bid Request

Click on the navigation menu and then Purchasing.  Then select Bid Requests.


Select the project for the bid.


Enter the details on the Bid Request tab and then click on Save Bid Request Details.


Go to the Bidding Items tab and then select Add new bidding item.


Enter the detail for the bidding item and then click on Save.


Click on the Bidders tab and then select Add new bidder.


Enter the detail for the bidder and then click on Save.


Select the Documents tab.


Click on a file from the Available Files section and click on the top arrow to move it to Selected Files.


Then click on Save Documents.


To send notification to the bidders, click on the Bidders tab.  Then click on the envelope icon next to the bidder.  Repeat for each bidder on the bid request.
