These sessions are designed to give you hands on experience in HBS.  You will be working one of your current projects through the entire process in HBS.  Your onboarding specialist guide you through these sessions to assist you as questions come up.

Session 1

Session 2

    ✅ Create a new business unit. 

    ✅ Create a project.

    ✅ Create a work order manually. 

    ✅ Create a project option. 

    ✅ Apply project option to a project.

    ✅ Create a task.

Session 3

    ✅ Create model with work orders.

    ✅ Build out the model workflow.

Session 4

    ✅ Add billing items to the model work orders.

    ✅ Add scopes of work to the model work orders.

    ✅ Add milestones to the model work orders.

    ✅ Add QC and VS forms to the model work orders.

    ✅ Add bid enabled flag to the model work orders.

Session 5

    ✅ Attach completed model to a test project.

    ✅ Review completed model on a test project.

    ✅ Attach model to actual project.

    ✅ Make a schedule change.

    ✅ Review and complete daily checklist items.

    ✅ Make a vendor selection on WO billing items.

Session 6 

    ✅ View a purchase order.

    ✅ Create a payment schedule.

    ✅ Create a PO addendum.

    ✅ Create a bid request.

    ✅ Create a budget.

    ✅ View budget vs actual report.

    ✅ View budget vs actual on work order screen.

Session 7

    ✅ Log into the mobile app.

    ✅ Complete a checklist item from the mobile app.

    ✅ View a document in the mobile app.

    ✅ Setup customer portal. (optional)

    ✅ Create catalog and project package for customer selections. (optional)

    ✅ Create a warranty claim. (optional)

    ✅ Setup QuickBooks integration. (optional)
