About Bid Requests

The bid request feature allows you the ability to request and accept bids or quotes from both new and existing trade partners. You can choose how to structure each bid, whether as a full package or by individual billable items.  Vendors or trade partners will submit their bid responses via email.  Once responses are received and accepted, the billing items on the bid are automatically added to your billing item library for future use on your budgets, estimates, and purchase orders.
