About Change Orders

Modified on Wed, 26 Nov, 2025 at 7:26 AM

Change Orders are used to document and manage adjustments requested after the purchase agreement has been finalized. In HBS, they are made up of Project Options that specify the scope, details, and pricing of each change. A printable view allows you to clearly present the updates and additional costs to the customer. After review, the builder can update the change order to accepted to track the customer's acceptance of the Change Order within HBS.
