The project snapshot is designed to give you a quick view into the status of a project. From here you should be able to get a good idea as to any areas that need your attention, in order to keep this project on schedule. There are three main features of the snapshot:
Overall Progress Bars
The overall progress bars are key performance indicators (KPIs) of the percentage of project items reaching specific milestones important to a project. When selected you will be redirected to a detailed report of what each indicator displays. These KPIs are:
- Vendors Selected - Percentage of Item Selections made
- PO Created - Percentage of Purchase Orders Created
- PO Submitted - Percentage of Purchase Orders Submitted to Vendors
- PO Approved - Percentage of Purchase Orders Approved
- WO Complete - Percentage of Work Orders Completed
- WO Verified - Percentage of Work Orders verified complete
- PO Paid - Percentage of Purchase Orders that have been paid.
- Past Due - Percentage of Work Orders that are past due from when they were supposed to be complete
Clicking on a progress bar will open up a customized report.
Classification Labels
A classification is basically a category of work that goes into a project. Depending on their label's color in the snapshot informs you of any items within that classification that need your attention. These color indicators are described in the color legend on the screen and when selected will take you to a detailed report.
To view the snapshot, go to the navigation menu and select Snapshot.
Then select the project that you want to view.
