Go to the navigation menu and hover over Projects. Then click on Project Options.
Go to the Action menu and select Create Project Options.
Fill in the details of the project option and then click on Save Option Details.
Click on Add New Optional Work Order to add work orders to the project option.
Then fill in the detail of the work order and click on Save Changes.
Expand the work order and click on Add New Item.
Enter the details for the billing item and then click on Save Changes.
