Creating a Back Charge

Go to the navigation menu and then select Purchasing.  Then click on Back Charges.


In the content panel, navigate to the project.


Enter the details of the back charge on the Back Charge tab.  Then click on Save Back Charge Details.


Click on the Documents tab and then select New Folder.


Enter the name of the folder and then click on Ok.


Select the folder and then click on Upload.


Upload any needed documents.
