    • New error message when there is an issue with bulk importing billing items. This will provide you feedback on the file and allow you to make adjustments and try the import again. 

    • Updates to the Project Backlog Report. The report now includes projects with no contract price. The count column will show the number of projects that don't have a contract price in parentheses.

    • New internal comments field for Vendors. There will also be a tooltip that shows vendor notes on pages with selections

    • Improvements to the Percent Complete Report

    • Column filtering options on the Heartbeat Reports

    • Improvements to Heartbeat Closing Report grouping

    • New builder comments field under work orders and model work orders. This field is only visible to the builder and it will not show on printable versions.

    • You can now enter a negative quantity to budget items. If you need to adjust your budget to remove an item that is no longer needed, you can enter a negative quantity.

    • You can now undo or revert a customer’s selection. This is a new permission and will need to be added to each user role that needs it

    • New Company Preferences options that allow you to customize tooltip information provided on the schedule. Options include: Scope of Work, Company Vendor Name, Classification Name and Percent Complete

    • Enhancements to QuickBooks Online Integration

  • New Document Designer - Updated permissions allow users to customize certain documents using the new Layout Manager

  • New Checklist Comment History - Added a comment history link showing all past comments across all checklist items related to the same PO/WO

  • New PO Adjustments - PO adjustments can now be made from the Purchase Order screen (Adjustments tab). Positive or negative dollar amounts update the PO total to match incoming invoices

  • New company preference options - Customize tooltip information on the schedule, including scope of work, company vendor name, classification name, and percent complete

  • Added an internal-only comments section on the Vendor page. Notes are visible when vendor selections are made 

  • New “Past Due By” filter on the checklist

  • New warning when accepting bid pricing from a vendor not already in the system. Users are prompted to add the vendor first, then return to accept the bid

  • New Commitment Undo or Revert button options

  • Add All Classifications option when creating a new vendor. Individual classification selection is no longer required

  • Builder Comments field on Work Orders - Comments are visible on screen only, not printable, and visible only to the home builder (not the vendor)

  • New model work order scope of work per variation - Allows management of different SOWs per model work order based on the selected model variation

  • Viewing Warranty Projects (Now available outside of warranty section)

  • Negative Quantity allowed on the Budget

New Features & Improvements

  • New way to remind vendors of upcoming work orders: Simply create a WO milestone to trigger a notification a certain number of days prior to the work order start date. This allows you to send a reminder notification to the assigned vendor.
  • Replaced current database-driven menus with a new, simplified menu to improve page load times
  • New Task Schedule view under the Tasks activity: This view shows only user tasks (no work orders) and allows filtering across multiple users
  • Project name is now included in task notification emails
  • Added invoice and PO accounting numbers from QBO to HBS for reference
