Creating a New Estimate

Go to the navigation menu and select Purchasing.  Then select Estimates.


In the content panel, select the project.


Enter the Estimate Details and then click on Save Estimate Details.


Click on the Work Orders tab.


To add a work order manually, click on Add Work Order.


Select the classification and then the work order name.  Then click on Save Changes.


To add work orders from a model, click on Add Model Items.


Select a model and then click on Next.


Select your variations and then click Finish.


Expand the work order and make any needed updates to the quantity, vendor, and mark-up.  Then click on Save Changes. 


Click on the Misc Items tab.  Then click on Add New Row.  


Enter the details for the miscellaneous item and then click on Save Miscellaneous Items.


Click on the Header/Footer tab.


Make needed updates to the header or footer sections.  Then click on Save Changes.
