Work Order Status Report

Displays the current status of work orders filterable by project, classification, vendor and status.

Missing Purchase Orders Report

Displays all work orders currently not associated to a purchase order filterable by project, project phase, classification, vendor, status and the number of days in the future on which to report.

Unscheduled Purchase Orders Report

Displays all purchase orders that currently have payments scheduled but still have an unscheduled balance filterable by project. This shows balances owed for which payments are not currently scheduled to be made.

Purchase Orders Report

Displays general purchase order information including total amount and status filterable by project, classification, vendor and next action.

Warranty Claim Status Report

Displays the current status, along with scheduled work with status, of all warranty claims filterable by project, completed status and days since the claim was reported to the warranty department.

Closing Date Audit Report

Displays all projects not currently in the warranty phase that have a closing date populated and that date is prior to today's date.

Vendor Payments Report

Displays all payments to be made against purchase orders with payment history filterable by project, classification, vendor and status.

Task History Report

Displays the historical activity of user assigned tasks filterable by project, user and completion status.

Schedule Activity Report

Displays the historical activity in the project schedule along with a link to the details of all cascaded work orders each change affected.

Total Days by Project Report

Displays the number of scheduled calendar days and the number of unproductive days from the start to the end of the project where there currently is no activity scheduled. This report is filterable by project, classification exclusions, start date and end date.

Work Flow Report

Displays the details of the model workflow for the selected project.  The report is only available for projects that are attached to a model.

Percent Complete Report 

Displays the current estimated percent complete of each project based on work order percentage settings. This report is filterable by project.

Actual vs. Budget Report

Displays the budgeted amounts as compared to actual current costs by classification filterable by project.
