No. If there are checklist items that you're not ready to take action on yet, that indicates that your schedule is off or your material and labor lead times need to be adjusted.
If you need to adjust your material and labor lead times, those settings are found under Preferences>Preferences. Then go to the PO approval days column and select the pencil icon to make edits. Save your changes.
If you need to adjust your schedule, simply drag and drop the WO to the correct date or double click to open and change the dates as needed.
Once you make those changes, the checklist item will be cleared and it will show back up on the correct dates.
