Go to the navigation menu and then click on Schedule.
Select the project.
Drag and drop the work order to a new date on the schedule to move it. Drag the side of the work order to extend or narrow the date range of the work order.
Set the reason for the change in schedule and enter comments if needed. Then click on Set Reason.
Select the checkbox next to the work orders that are dependent on the work order that was changed. The dates on these work orders will cascade based on the new work order schedule date. Deselect those that are not affected by the scheduling change and should keep their current scheduled dates. Click on Update.
Click to save changes.
