Report Criteria:
Any project in the Preconstruction or Construction phase with a value populated in the Amount field on the Contract tab of the project.
Field Definitions:
Project Phase
Current phase of the project.
Pre-sold
Projects where the origin field on the contract tab is set to Pre-sold.
Spec
Projects where the origin field on the contract tab is set to Spec.
Pre-Sold > Project Count
Count of Projects where the origin field is set to Pre-sold. The origin field is on the contract tab of the project.
Pre-Sold > Sales $
Sum of the amount field of the project where the origin field is set to Pre-sold. The amount and
origin fields are both on the contract tab of the project.
Spec > Project Count
Count of Projects where the origin field is set to Spec. The origin field is on the contract tab of the project.
Spec > Sales $
Sum of the amount field of the project where the origin field is set to Spec. The amount and origin fields are both on the contract tab of the project.
Project Count
Total project count for each project phase.
Sales $
Sum of the amount field of the project for each project phase. The amount field is on the contract tab of the project.
Subdivision
The business unit name if the project is in a subdivision.
Customer
Customer Name from the contract tab of the project.
Project
Name of the project from the details tab of the project.
Address
Address of the project from the details tab of the project.
Model
Name of the model that was attached to the project. This is on the details tab of the project.
Sales Price
Amount from the contract tab of the project.
Start
Started date from the details tab of the project.
Complete
Completed date from the details tab of the project.
Closing
Closing date from the contract tab of the project.
Latest Milestone
Latest work order milestone that has been completed.
Contingent
If the project status shows contingency, this value will be true otherwise it will be false. The status field is on the contract tab of the project.
