Gross Per Start Date Field Definitions

Report Criteria: 

Projects with at start date in the selected year.  The Started field is on the details tab of the project.


Field Definitions:

Units    

Month


Count    

The count of projects that have a Target Start date in that month.


Units   

Month


Sales Price    

Amount from the contract tab of the project for projects with a Target Start date in that month.


Subdivision    

The business unit name if the project is in a subdivision.  


Customer    

Customer Name from the contract tab of the project. 


Project    

Name of the project from the details tab of the project. 


Address   

Address of the project from the details tab of the project. 


Model    

Name of the model that was attached to the project.  This is on the details tab of the project. 


Sales Price    

Amount from the contract tab of the project. 


Latest Milestone    

Latest work order milestone that has been completed. 


Target Start   

Target date from the details tab of the project. 


Start   

Started date from the details tab of the project.


Spec   

If the status field shows Spec then this field will show true otherwise it will show false.  The Status field is on the contract tab of the project. 


Total Jobs to Date    

The count of projects in the selected month and previous months.


Total Price to Date    

The sum of the amount for projects in the selected month and previous months.  The Amount field is on the contract tab of the project.


Number of Spec Homes

The number of projects where the Status field equals Spec for the selected month and previous months.  The status field is on the contract tab of the project.


Percentage of Spec Homes

The percentage of the total jobs to date that are spec homes.
