Gross Profit Field Definitions

Report Criteria: 

Any project with a closing date populated on the contract tab of the project.


Field Definitions:


Month

The month and year if there are projects with a closing date in that month and year.


Project Count

The count of projects that have a closing date in that month and year.  The closing date is on the contract tab of the project. 


Sales $

The sum of the amount field on projects that have a closing date in that month and year.  The Amount and Closing fields are on the contract tab of the project.


Cost $

The lot cost plus the sum of all purchase order amounts for that project.


Gross Profit $

The sales amount for the project minus the total cost of the project.


Gross Profit %

The percentage the gross profit amount is of the sales price.


Avg Sales $

The average of the Amount (Sale Price) on projects that have a closing date in that month and year. The Amount and Closing fields are on the contract tab of the project.


Avg Cost $

Average of Cost $ of projects that have a closing date in that month and year.


Avg Gross Profit $

Average of Gross Profit $ in that month and year.


Closing

The Closing date from the contract tab of the project.


Subdivision

The business unit name if the project is in a subdivision. 


Project

Name of the project from the details tab of the project.


Model

Name of the model that was attached to the project.  This is on the details tab of the project.


Sales Price

Amount from the contract tab of the project.


Lot Cost

Lot Cost from the details tab of the project.

The percentage the lot cost is of the sales price. 


House Cost

The sum of all purchase order amounts for the project.


%

The percentage the house cost is of the sales price.


Total Cost

The lot cost plus the sum of all purchase order amounts for the project.

The percentage the total cost is of the sales price.
