Closing Schedule Field Definitions

Report Criteria:  

Any project with a closing date in one of the years selected on the report.


Field Definitions:


Closings - Units

Month


Closings - Year

Projects that have a Closing date in that month and year.  The Closing date is on the contract tab of the project.


Closings - +/-

The difference in count of closings between the two years being compared. 


Sales Price - Units

Month 


Sales Price - Year

The sum of the amount field for all projects that have a closing date in that month and year.  The amount field is on the contract tab of the project.


Sales Price - +/-

The difference in sales prices between the two years being compared.


Closing

The Closing date from the contract tab of the project.


Subdivision

The business unit name if the project is in a subdivision. 


Customer

Customer Name from the contract tab of the project. 


Project

Name of the project from the details tab of the project. Name (Project > Details tab)


Address

Address of the project from the details tab of the project. Address (Project > Details tab)


Model

Name of the model that was attached to the project.  This is on the details tab of the project. 


Sales Price

Amount from the contract tab of the project. 


Target

Target date from the details tab of the project. 


Complete

Completed date from the details tab of the project. 


Variance

The number of days between the Target and Completed dates.  The Target and Completed dates are on the details tab of the project.


Spec

If the status field shows Spec then this will show true otherwise it will be false.  The status field is on the contract tab of the project.


Contingent

If the status field shows Contingency then this will show true otherwise it will be false.  The status field is on the contract tab of the project.


Total Jobs to Date

The number of projects closed year to date based on the closing date.  The closing date is on the contract tab of the project.


Total Sales to Date

The sum of the sales price for projects closed year to date based on the closing date.  The closing date is on the contract tab of the project.
