Is there a reason my work orders have stopped displaying on the schedule?

If you're not seeing your work orders on the schedule:

  1. First, click on your Work Orders bookmark or navigate to Work Orders from the main navigation menu.

  2. If all of your work orders are listed there, it’s likely that a filter is currently applied to your Schedule view.


To resolve this:

  • Go to your Schedule page.

  • Click the action menu (three dots) in the top right corner.

  • Select Clear Filter.

  • Refresh the page.

Your work orders should now reappear on the schedule.
